Your Doula, Monique provides compassionate, evidence-based doula care and childbirth education for families in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I support expectant parents throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum, helping them feel informed, confident and empowered to make decisions that are right for their family.

My services include personalised birth doula packages, private birth preparation sessions, the Birth With Confidence childbirth education course, continuous labour support, birth planning, and postpartum support.
